Human Life in a Snapshot

Our Maker allots us up to one hundred years or so in an opportunity to choose how we will live. Do we acknowledge him, respect him, thank him, follow him? Or will we turn our backs on him and live our lives as our very own?

He advises us lovingly “Rejoice, O young man, in your youth, and let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth. Walk in the ways of your heart and in the sight of your eyes. But know that for all these things God will bring you into judgment.” Ecclesiastes 11:9

He declares to us that he wants all his people to seek him. “I love those who love me, and those who seek me diligently find me.” Proverbs 8:17. “You will seek the Lord your God and you will find him, if you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul.” Deuteronomy 4:29

“He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him. He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him. But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.” John 1:12

Jesus the Savior said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6. “I give them eternal life, and they will never perish.” John 10:28
